Dr Nicole Schmocker is a GP Registrar undertaking specialist training in general practice at Brindabella Family Practice. She completed her medical degree at Deakin University in 2018 and has since gained broad clinical experience across a range of hospital settings.

Dr Schmocker has worked at Blacktown, Mount Druitt and Bathurst Hospitals before returning to the Canberra region to continue her training at The Canberra Hospital. This experience has provided her with a strong foundation in caring for patients across a wide range of medical conditions.

She has a particular interest in women’s health and child health. During her hospital training, Dr Schmocker gained experience in women’s health, including working within a fertility clinic. She has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program, further developing her knowledge and skills in caring for children and families.

Dr Schmocker enjoys all aspects of general practice and takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to care. She values continuity of care and enjoys working collaboratively with patients and their families to support preventative health, manage ongoing health conditions and promote long-term wellbeing.

Dr Schmocker is pleased to be back in the Queanbeyan region and looks forward to caring for the local community.
