P.S.H. therapy is a gentle process of emotional healing made possible by our natural subconscious ability to let go of uncomfortable emotional responses that are no longer appropriate. As a P.S.H. therapist, Belinda's focus is on working with people to initiate this process to help resolve a wide variety of issues.
Past clients have reported significant positive changes in the areas of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, compulsive behaviours, unresolved grief, eating disorders, anger management, insomnia, low self-esteem, migraines & headaches, panic attacks, performance blocks, phobias, stress, weight loss issues and many others. Apart from resolving the presenting problem, many people find a great peace within themselves on many levels.
Having experienced cancer first hand, Belinda has a particular interest in helping people to overcome the stress and anxiety that often accompanies a cancer diagnosis. Belinda founded the Embracing Chemo programme in 2012 and is currently involved in post-graduate research into the benefits of P.S.H. therapy in helping people to reduce the anticipated side-effects of chemotherapy and improve their quality of life.
